Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times. Cancellations are subject to a processing of $5.95.

We ship worldwide. 

How do I track my package? 
You can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfilment email. Please check your "Order has shipped" email. If you can't find it, please reach out to us by navigating to the Contact us page and sending us a message. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

All orders are processed from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 15 to 20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Please be aware that packages may be faced with delays beyond our control. Feel free to email us to check on your order status.
